This holiday season, Wellness Together is inviting your daughters to a special Wellness Together Holiday Retreat — a joyful, nurturing space to help them grow with grace, confidence, and joy.
3 Holiday Dates — 3 Beautiful Themes:
Nov 15: Move & Glow - Confidence through movement, dance & self-care.
Nov 29: Breathe & Balance - Calming breathwork, art for emotions & mindful friendships.
Dec 13: Celebrate & Rise (Puberty Party) - Body wisdom, menstrual wellness & sisterhood celebration.
Each day is designed to support girls in understanding their changing bodies, nurturing emotional wellbeing, and building self-worth — all in a safe, fun, and empowering environment guided by Senga Dawryn & the Wellness Together team.

Time: 9AM to 4PM
